Clarvelo UG (haftungsbeschränkt) wants Clarvelo to be usable by as many people as possible. This statement describes our current accessibility position and how to contact us about barriers.
Service description
Clarvelo is a web-based SaaS product for planning, running, and summarising collaborative workshops. Users create accounts, manage workspaces, invite participants, run sessions, collect contributions, and review generated outputs.
Accessibility target
Our target is to work towards WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549-aligned accessibility where practical. We do not claim full conformance because an accessibility audit has not yet been completed.
Current status
Current conformance status: not yet audited (self-assessment).
Known limitations and work in progress:
- Keyboard navigation: we are working towards full keyboard operability for all interactive elements.
- Screen reader support: some dynamic content updates may not be announced to assistive technologies.
- Colour contrast: we are reviewing components against WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements.
- Forms: some error messages and field associations may need improvement for assistive technology users.
- AI-generated content: workshop content generated by AI may not always meet accessibility standards and should be reviewed by facilitators.

BFSG note
The German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) may apply because consumer subscriptions to Clarvelo may be possible. Its application depends on the service offering and applicable statutory requirements, and we continue to assess our obligations.
